A trace of blue-sky attempts to peak out toward Fritz Cove, and a Wings of Alaska floatplane comes in for a landing as I walk along the newly expanded Airport Dike Trail.

Nice shot. Jack and I went on a cruise to Alaska and we saw these seaplanes. A couple at our table for dinner did the seaplane trip as well as the dog sled adventure. Jack and I just walked the streets of Juneau and had lunch in a western style bar.
Stunning capture, love your blog
Cool capture of the plane and the pretty sky! Love the colors!
I'm glad the blue managed to peek out.
Wow, there's no way one can miss that fence — even from up in an airplane!
I can never get enough of the seaplanes --- love 'em! I had a couple of hours to kill before a flight from Anchorage, so I went to the nearby lake and watched the planes come and go. Good stuff.
